Yeager Employment Law presents The Nutcracker at Kay Meek Arts Centre on 13-14 December.
Children in and around Vancouver participate every year in our Nutcracker production – a beloved holiday tradition celebrated through the beauty of dance and music. We foster a coming together of different dance schools and performing genre to build a shared community in dance. Our open auditions offer dancers many opportunities from: young ballerina roles as Mice and Bon-Bons, to Corps de Ballet experience in Snowflakes and Flowers, to lead characters like Clara, Rat Queen and Nutcracker Doll/Prince. The beautiful Dream Clara and exquisite Sugarplum Fairy gain experience and exposure in Pas de Deux (partnering work). A magical production that offers two performances in December.

Nutcracker Auditions
We welcome ballet students of all levels in Vancouver and support dance schools who wish to participate. The audition is divided into three levels: – Junior (7yrs+) 10:30-11:30am – Intermediate (10yrs+) 12:00-1:30pm – Advanced/Aspirant (15yrs+) 2:00-4:00pm All dancers are required to warmup prior to the audition time – a dance studio will be provided. Please register for the audition below – there is no fee to audition. We look forward to meeting you and having you participate in our Nutcracker experience.Date:
